Not one flash, but a pulse series

Classic IPL is often associated with separate intense flashes. SHR uses a series of pulses during handpiece movement, creating a gradual thermal effect.

This approach distributes the impact more gently and is often perceived by clients as more comfortable.

When SHR is especially useful

In-motion mode is convenient for large areas where speed and even coverage matter. It reduces specialist fatigue and makes the experience more predictable for the client.

The quality of the result still depends on correct parameter selection, cooling and a complete treatment course.

Combination with ND:YAG

SHR + ND:YAG devices allow a salon to cover not only hair removal but also pigment, tattoo or permanent makeup tasks.

This is useful when launching several service lines without buying two separate systems at the start.
